ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT SESSION #1 - MENTAL PERFORMANCE WITH SIMON TAYLOR
Athletes in the Atlantic and Atlantic Development groups are expected to attend.
Athletes in Junior Provincial - Optional to attend.
ABOUT SIMON.
Dr. Simon Taylor is the founder of Taylored Mindset, which specializes in helping individual athletes and teams take their game to the next level.
He is an award winning mental performance consultant with the Canadian Sport Psychology Association, and a proud official service provider for the Canadian Sports Institute Atlantic.
Simon strives to help athletes attain their goals, by maintaining a relationship that is built upon trust, and mutual respect.
Simon has worked with athletes at different levels of their athletic careers such as grass roots level, national level, and international level. Events that these athletes have competed in range from local events, national championships, Canada Games, world championships, Commonwealth Games, and the Olympics.
